INTRODUCTION
This Management’s Discussion and Analysis (“MD&A”) is provided to enable a reader to assess the results of the operations and financial condition for Urbanfund Corp. for the three months ended March 31, 2022. This MD&A is dated May 26, 2022 and should be read in conjunction with the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements as at and for the three months ended March 31, 2022 (“Consolidated Financial Statements”) and the annual audited consolidated financial statements and related notes for the year ended December 31, 2021 (“Annual Consolidated Financial Statements”). Unless the context indicates otherwise, references to “Urbanfund”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this MD&A refer to Urbanfund Corp. and its consolidated operations.
